Terms & Conditions

  • Revised rates are applicable to existing and new ILL clients.
  • The bandwidth subscription starts from 2 Mbps.
  • No Bonus bandwidth shall be provided.
  • For the existing clients, for the same payment they will get twice the bandwidth w.e.f August 2022. Accordingly, their billing information will also change.
  • If customers wish to maintain the existing bandwidth and avail the revised rate, they are required to visit the nearest Customer Care Center as the billing information has to be changed.
  • Revised rates shall be applicable to active clients only. If customers are in suspend/barring state, they have to first pay the dues and visit the nearest Customer Care Center to avail the revised rates or to subscribe to a higher bandwidth.
