Friends and Family (FNF) Service

Do you still make voice calls to keep in touch with your parents, siblings, and friends? If you are and you have a group of friends and family that you regularly talk to TashiCell’s Friends and Family Service is for you.

By enabling or subscribing to TashiCell Friends and Family Service, you can talk to all your friends and family with TashiCell number at a lower call rate of Nu. 0.24/unit than normal call rates throughout the day.

Benefits of availing FNF Service

  1. No subscription fee is charged for FNF service.
  2. Maximum of 10 numbers can be added.
  3. Adding of first 10 numbers is free. But after that if the you modify any number, then you will be charged Nu. 5 per change. (The Nu. 5 charge shall be deducted from your main balance. If your main balance is zero you won’t be able to modify numbers)
  4. Flat call rate of Nu. 0.24/unit throughout the day. Compare with normal call rates.

How to Enable or Subscribe to FNF Service?

You can enable or subscribe FNF Service in the following three ways:

  1. From MyTashiCell App
    1. Log into your MyTashiCell App
    2. Click on Service
    3. Click on Friends & Family
    4. Dial *744*1*975TashiCellnumber# to add TashiCell number of your friend/family. Repeat the same to add the numbers of all your friends and family
    5. Dial *744*3# to view all the numbers you have added to your FNF list.

  2. Using USSD
    1. Dial *744*4# to enable or subscribe FNF service
    2. After enabling FNF service, dial *744*1*975TashiCellnumber# to add TashiCell number of your friend/family. Repeat the same to add the number of your friends and family
    3. If you have made mistake in the number and want to modify, dial *744*2*975old number*975new number#
    4. Dial *744*3# to view all the numbers you have added to your FNF list.

  3. Through IVR

    Dial 833 and follow the instructions to enable FNF Service, to Add numbers of your friends and family and to modify a number you have added to your FNF group.
