If you are subscribed to any Late Night Unlimited Plan, you will receive internet speed upto 10Mbps irrespective of the network technology (2G/3G/4G/5G) you are latched on to.
Yes, you need to pay Nu 300 monthly.

Yes, International Roaming Facilities are available for Postpaid Service. You need to deposit Nu 10,000 as security deposit before activating international roaming facility. (please visit our nearest customer care center to avail this service). Learn More
If you have 3 pending invoices your SIM will be suspended.
You won’t be able to receive Incoming calls and make outgoing calls.
You need to clear at least 2 pending bills/invoice.
If you have 2 pending invoices your SIM will be barred.
You won’t be able to make outgoing calls but you can receive incoming calls.
You need to clear at lease clear 1 pending bill/invoice.
2% penalty will be charged on outstanding amount.
Your SIM will be deactivated.

If you lose your SIM, you can temporarily suspend your service by calling 7700 to prevent unauthorized usage & charges on your account but your name and ID card number needs to be verified.
Your monthly Postpaid bill will be emailed to your registered email address or we will send a hard copy to your official address. You can also download your previous Postpaid bills from MyTashiCell App or Web Selfcare Portal. Download Here

Customer needs to visit nearest Customer Care Center > Customer needs to clear outstanding dues before doing ownership transfer > customer shall fill up postpaid ownership transfer form > Information & signature along with legal stamp are required for old and new owners as per the form > New owner should fill up SIM registration form & guarantor form > CID copy of new owner and the guarantor should be attached > submit to counter.
To deactivate, Customer should visit customer care Center> Fill up post-paid surrender form & submit to CCE> CCE will run hot bill and generate invoice for customer >Customer should clear all his/her outstanding dues before deactivation is performed > the service shall be deactivated by CCE.
- Copy of concern letter from organization with proper seal and signature.
- Citizenship Identity card copy / any document of proof of identity of person using the service.

- CID copy of the customer who wants to avail the Postpaid Service.
